Submittal of Results

For all National Series Events and Championships, the scores must be recorded using the IANSEO software which is available from http://www.ianseo.net/

Competition codes will be designated by Archery Ireland at the start of the calendar starting in 2014
Clubs running FITA star shoots are encouraged to use the IANSEO system to record scores but this is not mandatory. If the club is unable to record the scores on Ianseo they are asked to do so in Excel and submit to Archery Ireland within the 7 day deadline.

These scores must be submitted to IANSEO.net for online publication by no later than 7 days from the date of the competition.
Any club who does not follow the procedure will have their results disallowed. Exceptions will be made for extraordinary circumstances but the records officer must be notified as early as possible.
Any Club that has a status shoot disqualified will be ineligible to run a status shoot the following year. All though the World Archery requirement is results submitted within 7 days. It would be best practice to have them submitted immediately or within 24 hours.
One paper copy of the scorecards shall be kept by the secretary of the club organizing the shoot for one full calendar year from the shoot date.
The second copy may be made available to the archers for their own records at the discretion of the hosting club.
A digital copy of all Irish Records, Qualification scores and Awards will be maintained by the Records officer.
