Submittal of Records, Qualification Scores and Awards
Any archer who wishes to submit a national record, Selection or an AI ranking score, needs to submit the score via the Archery Ireland score submission system
The new submission process allows for the ianseo link to be entered, this will now give valid confirmation of the submitted score.
If the competition was not run with Ianseo then the archer is still expected to supply a signed copy of the score sheet (signed by Judge/Competition organiser). This signed copy of the score sheet must be emailed separately to the records officer @ firstname.lastname@example.org (stating the submission number that can be found on the archers email confirmation). Until this has been received by the records officer, the submitted score will not be accepted and may be rejected. On rejection of the score the archer willbe notified of said rejection and given a reason why it was rejected.
In the event of an archer shooting a score where the scorecards are not available post competition, eg. European Championships, World Championships, the official published scores by the competition organizers or FITA will be accepted as proof. (generally ianseo)
Only scores shot at FITA Star/WRS shoots can be considered eligible for records. This is to ensure as equal a footing as possible for all archers.
